Felima Art does not assume any kind of responsibility for offers not executed, not legible, incorrect or delayed and for any inconvenience concerning the telephone lines.The estimates indicated are expressed in euros and can be changed at any time, they constitute a mere indication and are suitable for generating any type of forecast on the hammer price. The lots can be examined by appointment, the people in charge of Felima Art will be available for any clarification; The exhibition aims to have the authenticity, attribution, provenance, state of conservation and type of quality of the goods examined.The lots put up for auction are sold in the state in which they are found, with every defect and imperfection communicated in the catalog. After the award, no disputes are allowed, neither Felima Art nor its administrators will be held responsible for any errors and omissions.

AUCTION RIGHTS ESTABLISHED TO THE EXTENT OF:

– Twenty-five percent (25%) of the price of the lot if it is awarded in our portal;

– Twenty-nine percent (29%) in the partner platforms (ArsValue, Invaluable, LiveAuctioneers) of the lot price up to euro (€) 3,000.00;

-Twenty-five percent (25%) in the partner platforms (Arsvalue, Invaluable, LiveAuctioneers) of the lot price exceeding euro (€) 3,000.00.

The successful bidder must make the payment before collecting the goods at his own expense, risk and expense, no later than 5 (five) days from the next day of the award. In case of non-payment in whole or in part of the total amount due by the successful bidder within this period, Felima Art will have the right to take legal action to obtain the compulsory execution of the purchase obligation, to sell the lot through private negotiation or in subsequent auctions on behalf and at the expense of the successful bidder pursuant to article 1515 of the civil code. Felima Art will be exonerated from any liability towards the successful bidder in relation to any deterioration or deterioration of the objects and will have the right to be paid for the custody rights for each individual lot by charging the buyer € 15.00 for each day of storage.

The lots will be subject to VAT of 22% on the hammer price. The accepted forms of payment are:

– Cash up to an amount of € 2,999.99

– Bank check and bank draft

– Bank transfer

In the case of a check or bank transfer, the payment will be considered solute upon verification and display of the transfer at our bank. The awarded lots can be collected personally only after having received our confirmation of payment and only by appointment to be agreed in advance. If the customer wants to collect the works through his own forwarder, the cost of packing them will be € 25.00 each.
